Walking barefoot is absolutely safe of wood splinters.
Slight colour deviation and nuances are desired and underline the natural wood look which is obtained in 3 colours:
- Natural brown
- Nut brown
- Basalt grey
Megawood barefoot floor boards is made of 75% wood fiber content mixed with 25% of high quality polymers binding agents and additives. An elaborate production process combines these components to form an extraordinary material. The material looks like wood, feels like wood, can be worked like wood but it is more noble, easier to care for and more durable than solid wood.
Megawood meets the high demands of the “Quality and Testing regulation for Polymer Materials” seal of quality. The entire natural Megawood components are obtained from local timber stocks which are sustainable managed and PEFC certified.
WHAT IS IT?
Complete system for decking construction, especially deck boards with different and unique surfaces, colors, widths and lengths; system includes joists, groove trims for completely closed surfaces, securing clamps & edge clams.
WHERE CAN IT BE USED?
Outdoor and indoor decking construction and decking surfaces, for private areas as well as public areas like restaurants, hotels, swimming pools, public walk ways and beaches.
Painting and oiling are no longer necessary for maintenance.

Technical value properties
The board deck products are Non-flammable material UV resistant& pH resistant, which provides Slip resistant surface value which is free of Deleterious ingredients & Blooming ingredients and eases the care for the board being the material .Maintenance free.
Board’s installation
The deck installation requires Megawood Sub construction beam or suitable wood Sub construction material.
The Sub construction module grid is according to type material 40 cm or 50 cm. built in parallel distances.
The boards are fixed to the sub construction with screwed fixing Megawood Clamps & Edge clamps with suitable type screws according to the chosen material for the sub construction.
Installation possible in the following versions:
- Open laying deck with visible expansion joints created through Megawood
clamp system. - Closed laying deck in which expansion joints created through Megawood
clamp system are closed by special India rubber groove strip.
